Senior Service Engineer / MEC

MEC is responsible for managing maintenance field team, vendor management, equipment inventory management and asset Data base management.

KPIs for the position of MEC are:

• Monitoring pending calls, conducting regular audits, and regular compressor verification of previous month.
• Ensure that lead times for equipment installation and maintenance are minimized
• Fully utilize the equipment asset base
• Vendor management
• Team handling
• Provide linkage between service and sales
• Ensuring regulatory requirement are met by workforce
• Provide coaching and support to Technicians.
• Auditing the quality of purchased and current in stock equipment's.
• Working closely, as well as monitoring MIS team
