Assitance Manager HR

Manage the complete employee life cycle (Acquisition, Assessment, Development, Retention, & Exit Management).

Lead the Talent Acquisition process in line with the budget.

Work closely with the senior management to evaluate staffing needs across levels.

Develop, update, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures .

Participate in creating the Performance Management Systems and work with Department heads to ensure timely implementation

Payroll management

Designing the compensation & benefits plans for employees across the organization

Making Salary sheet
