Job Description: Facility Manager
Location: Bangalore (OnSite)
Experience: Minimum 12-15 years in facility management, including at least 3 years
managing commercial buildings as a Facility Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day to day operations of
a commercial building in Bangalore. This onsite role requires expertise in managing
engineering systems, soft services, and vendor relationships while ensuring a safe, efficient,
and well maintained environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight:
Manage engineering operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
systems, ensuring uninterrupted service.
Oversee soft services such as housekeeping, security, and landscaping to maintain a clean
and safe environment.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.
2. Vendor and Contract Management:
Supervise and coordinate with service providers, OEMs, and AMC partners to ensure
timely and high quality service delivery.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance through defined KPIs.
3. Tenant Relations:
Act as the primary contact for tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring service requests
are resolved promptly.
Enhance tenant satisfaction by maintaining a high standard of facility management
services.
4. Budget and Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the facility and operational budget.
Monitor expenses to ensure cost effective operations without compromising quality.
5. Maintenance and Compliance:
Implement and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Maintain records and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and operational standards.
6. Technology Integration:
Utilize property and facility management tools to optimize operations.
Stay updated on technology trends to drive efficiency and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: BE/BTech/Diploma in Engineering
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of engineering systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire
safety.
Experience with energy management and sustainable practices.
People Management:
Proven leadership skills to manage onsite teams, including technicians, housekeeping staff,
and security personnel.
Customer Centric:
Proactive approach to building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants.
Technology Savvy:
Familiarity with facility management software and techdriven tools.
