Associate Manager, APAC Fulfilment & CoE

• Responsible for governing prioritized APAC projects across multiple countries.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the program and projects assigned to.
• Able to articulate Program and Project progress & status (visibility) clearly and accurately in different levels of the organization (from LTs to Country/Cluster local team).
• Mitigate projects risks by close collaboration and engagement with project owners and key stakeholders.
• Meet assigned Projects and Program deadlines.
• Able to govern & drive Network Optimization initiatives in APAC such as Warehouse consolidation efforts, transportation streamline efforts, and International Freight lanes consolidation opportunities.
• Create, maintain and govern Fulfilment team Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by building understanding of all supply chain work processes and adopt lean methodology to drive operational and business performance.
• Provide coaching and mentor support to fulfilment team members in enabling effective operational performance management as appropriate to their roles and support market in driving accountability/governance processes to improve operational performance.

Ownership of overall Supply Chain performance results:

• Identify trends, risks and focus area.
• Identify and support projects & continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage teams in management of their own performance vs business objectives
• Regular performance review across gaps and action plans with internal & external stakeholders.

• Govern and drive SC Margin Improvement Programme (MIPs) including escalation of risks to pipeline and ensuring project owners are assigned and held accountable.
• Present opportunities for efficiency gain (Process Improvement) to Fulfilment Leader(s) and market supply chain team and support market in executing continuous improvement projects where appropriately assigned.
• Drive governance and provide support to the markets improvement projects pipeline to minimize and reduce Supply Chain costs as a % of net sales assigned.
• Support market(s) in the deployment of Regional strategic projects such as TMS, WMS, LBS etc and as assigned from Global/Region.
• Able to provide, present and articulate a deep level of understanding to the market(s) challenges, opportunity areas and key focus area.
• Support Commercial and Finance colleagues to develop and implement robust financial budgeting and management processes, eg MOR, Long Range Planning, Budgeting.

• Build strong relationship with APAC P&F (Planning and Fulfilment) Leadership Team and Country/Cluster Fulfilment team.
• Support annual budgeting preparation, quarterly forecasting analysis, monthly MOR review as well as LBE cost outlook update for ISEA markets.
• Provide primary support to internal and external stakeholders where necessary.
