Senior Manager Master Investigator (Ethics & Compliance)

1. Compliance legal specialist to provide oversight and management of VCPLs compliance program and provide global support to Valvoline Inc.s international ethics and compliance program. This role will also lead VCPLs investigation process through interviewing, documenting, using system tools, and obtaining other information to develop a clear, data driven understanding of the investigation subject.

2. Investigates employees related issues as an objective representative of the Company; documents findings and makes recommendations for corrective actions using the organizations process of ethics reporting.

3. Oversee and manage VCPLs ethics and compliance including policies, procedures. Participating and running annual risk assessments along with internal audit and risk teams; develop annual compliance plan; support on tracking LMS and instructor led trainings, conduct instructor-led trainings.
