Key Qualifications: 3+ years in Talent Development Experience in designing and executing learning programs end-to-end. Strong skills in needs analysis, instructional design, and program facilitation. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to assess learning needs and implement tailored development programs. Conduct needs assessments and manage role-based learning interventions. Facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning programs. Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives. Personal Attributes: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Learning agility, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Additional Requirements: Full-time office presence in Hyderabad.
