Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong testing background to facilitate Agile Scrum practices within the project. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Agile methodologies, a proven track record in software testing, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Agile Facilitation :

- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the project.

- Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.

2. Team Coaching :

- Guide and coach the team on Agile practices, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

- Promote accountability, transparency, and ownership within the team.

3. Scrum Ceremonies :

- Organize and lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear backlog prioritization.

4. Testing Expertise :

- Leverage expertise in software testing to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with QA engineers to identify testing bottlenecks and optimize the process.

5. Problem Resolution :

- Proactively identify and address obstacles hindering team progress.

- Facilitate solutions to technical and operational challenges.

6. Continuous Improvement :

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

- Implement process improvements based on team input and project needs.

7. Stakeholder Communication :

- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

- Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

8. Performance Metrics :

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project progress and team performance.

- Support teams in delivering high-quality products/solutions on schedule.

Key Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.

- Strong background in software testing, including manual and automation testing.

- Excellent facilitation skills with experience in conflict resolution and team dynamics.

- Expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.

- Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.

Working Hours :

The candidate should be available to work until 2 PM CST to ensure alignment with global teams.
