Responsibilities Project Management: Lead and manage full stack development projects from initiation to delivery. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and budgets. Facilitate communication and coordination between development teams, business units, and external partners. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working with Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS. Review and approve technical designs, code, and architecture. Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, security, and performance. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Conduct regular team meetings, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and career growth. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather and define requirements. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively. Address and resolve any project-related concerns or conflicts. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations. Oversee testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Requirements Bachelor?s degree in computer science engineering, or a related field ((or equivalent work experience). Master?s degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience (8+ years) as a Project Manager in software development, with a strong focus on full stack technologies. Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS. Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams. Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams in React-based projects. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Excellent problem-solving skills and technical acumen. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Experience with AWS cloud platforms Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
