Job Summary:
- We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with our Business Unit (BU) leaders and stakeholders to deliver HR services that meet the needs and priorities of the organization.
- As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for translating business requirements into effective HR practices, influencing management and leadership around people issues, and supporting the development of our people managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to deliver HR services that meet the needs and priorities of the Business Unit (BU).
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives as the key interface between other HR functions and the BU.
- Translate business requirements into effective HR practices across BUs, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Deal with complex or sensitive day-to-day people management issues, providing guidance and support to management and employees.
- Influence Management and Leadership around the people agenda and issues, ensuring that HR strategies are aligned with business objectives.
- Support, develop, and coach people managers to manage employee relations issues using ValueLabs policies, procedures, and best practice.
- Partner with Learning and Development to identify and deliver Performance Development Review (PDR) training as required.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within Functions to ensure that all HR projects and initiatives are appropriately communicated and implemented.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR Business Partner role.
- Proven track record of delivering HR services that meet the needs and priorities of a business unit.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
