About Us:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Windows Collaboration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect Sync, and managing identity in a hybrid environment, as well as experience in managing enterprise-scale M365 migrations and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Enterprise-Scale M365 Migrations and Hybrid Environments:
• Plan and execute enterprise-level deployments of Exchange 2013-2019 and Exchange Online Hybrid deployments.
• Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Entra Connect Sync.
2. Design and Implement Email Security and Hygiene Solutions:
• Configure and manage email security and hygiene solutions, including Proofpoint and Cisco Secure Email Gateway.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
3. Automate Administrative Tasks using PowerShell and Scripting Languages:
• Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
• Utilize other scripting languages as needed.
4. Manage Identity in Hybrid Environments:
• Design and implement identity management solutions in hybrid environments.
• Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Entra Connect Sync.
5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand collaboration requirements.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Certifications: MVP, Microsoft 365 Certified Professional.
3. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a relevant technical position in large organizations with hands-on automation knowledge.
4. Industry: Banking background.
5. Knowledge & Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect Sync, and managing identity in a hybrid environment.
• Formal training or certification on enterprise-level deployments of Exchange 2013-2019 plus Exchange Online Hybrid deployments.
• 5+ years of applied experience in managing enterprise-scale M365 migrations and hybrid environments.
• Detailed knowledge of Email Security and Hygiene (Proofpoint, Cisco Secure Email Gateway etc.).
• Strong understanding of M365 and MS Azure Technologies.
• Experience in automating administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Depth knowledge in Windows internals (Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS).
• Agile methodologies and its ceremonies.
