Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst Lead to drive risk management, strategic initiatives, and process improvements. The role involves delivering key business analysis outputs, supporting change, and collaborating on transformative projects.  

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage risk analysis, reporting, and mitigation.  
•  Lead change management, strategic initiatives, and process re-engineering (BPR).  
•  Deliver business analysis documentation (e.g., requirements, functional designs). 
•  Collaborate on digital transformation and ensure technology aligns with business goals.  
•  Identify and implement process improvements and risk controls.  
•  Assist with managing and reporting technology infrastructure budgets.  

Essential Skills:

•  Experience in business analysis documentation (e.g., UML/BPMN).  
•  Proficient in data analysis, SQL, Excel, and Microsoft Office.  
•  Basic understanding of SDLC and project roles.  
•  Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.  
•  5+ years managing technology budgets with a focus on reporting and insights.
