Manager - Technology Strategy/Sourcing/Cost Optimization (9-14 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic guidance to clients on sourcing strategies, including insource vs outsource decisions.

- Conduct comprehensive vendor assessments and lead vendor selection processes, including RFP preparation and execution.

- Guide organizations through outsourcing processes from RFP to contracting, ensuring optimal outcomes from outsourcing deals.

- Establish robust vendor management frameworks, ensuring effective governance and relationship management.

- Design organizational structures for Global Capability Centers (GCC) and shared services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Assess GCC and shared service operations and develop tailored operating model designs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Conduct SLA assessments to drive performance improvements and enhance service delivery.

- Develop and implement IT cost takeout strategies, focusing on both labor and non-labor components.

- Develop cost modeling and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions and optimize technology spend.

- Master's degree - Management (Business Administration) specialization.

- 9-14 years of experience in IT strategy consulting, with a focus on outsourcing strategy, cost optimization, and technology operating models.

- Experience in developing and executing IT outsourcing strategies, including GBS and Build-Operate-Transfer models.

- Experience with IT maturity assessments, sourcing business case development, and retained organization design.

- Familiarity with Fit for Growth projects and strategic sourcing initiatives.

- Strong understanding of IT labor and non-labor spend components and cost takeout initiatives.

- Ability to analyze market trends and align technology strategies with overall business objectives.

- Demonstrated expertise in project/program management and strategic planning.

- Proven track record of delivering IT strategy consulting engagements.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
