Key Responsibilities :
- Team Management: Leading a team that processes, evaluates, and monitors working capital loan verification for corporate clients. Ensuring the team is well-trained and efficient in handling loans.
- Loan Verification: Overseeing the entire loan administration process, from application receipt to disbursement. Ensuring the documentation and approval processes are timely and compliant with organizational policies and regulations.
- Risk Management: Evaluating credit risk and ensuring that all loans meet internal risk criteria and policies. Managing loan quality and ensuring effective credit evaluation and monitoring.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments like credit risk, legal, and business development to ensure the smooth processing of loans and coordination in client relationships.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal procedures for loan origination, servicing, and collection. Preparing reports and updates on loan portfolio status, delinquencies, and performance metrics.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining a customer-focused approach while ensuring timely and accurate loan servicing, addressing client concerns, and ensuring the bank's interests are protected.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership & Management: Strong leadership abilities to guide a team, manage performance, and ensure effective communication.
- Credit Risk Expertise: Deep understanding of credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and loan structuring for working capital loans.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance standards, and legal requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market conditions to make informed loan decisions.
- Problem Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues related to loan applications, servicing, and repayments.
