Person has to work in Halol Plant facility.

This is third party roll.

Role & responsibilities

1.Daily Plant round and finding unsafe act & unsafe condition and make a note concern head with corrected measure and follow-up with monitoring closure reports same timely. 2.Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment of each activity or working station. 3.Accidents/near Miss/Environemntal Spiallages/Fire Incidents investigation on earlier stages & reporting to concerns with suggesting CAPA. 4.Followup & Inspection ,maintaining with all Fire Extingushers/Fire Hydrant/Smoke Detectors systems ,Environment monitoring & coordinate with external AMC. 5.Safety trainings conducted on weekly basis to all associates & contractulas. 6.Monthly Conducting Safety Committee meetings Plant. 7.Daily safety induction trainings conducted to all new joinees. 8.Preparing weekly EHS safety performance report . 9.Ensuring Availability & quality of Personal Protective Equipments (PPEs). 10.Safety MIS Reporting of the plants on monthly basis. 11. Follow-up competent person for testing pressure vessel & lifting tools and tackles if due the validity. 12. Preparation for dacumentation of ISO 45001 & 14001 Audits . 13.To coordinate all internalas well as external EHS costumers Audit . 14.To conduct safety trainings at site & coordinate & ressolve all Site Safety issue ,audits etc. 15.Daily issuing & followup for all Work permits 16. Weekly basis conducted all operation related audits like Mobile crane/Hydra crane inspections ,Jib crane audit,EOT Crane audit,Welding machine audit,Gas cylinder storage audti,Exit door/Gangways audit,Grinders Audit,Drilling machines audit,5's Audit,Daily safety walk audit,Gemba Walk audit,Electric DB,Panels audit,DG Set,Air compressor,Loading/Unloading Areas,Hazardous waste,Form 10,Maintaing record of Form IV,Form V, E-Waste, Battery returns ,ETP,STP,Zinc kettle,Process Tank audit etc. 17.Involving Effective Participation in Safety Week ,World environment day,Fire service week,Road Safety Week Celebrations

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Bachelors + advanced EHS qualification with min. 3+ years relevant experience

• Minimum of 2 + years of progressively increasing environment, health and safety responsibility with an emphasis on implementation and maintenance of EHS programs, fire prevention
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA/NIOSH/NFPA/EPA regulations, standards and practices
• Masters degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Fire Protection, Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience with OSHA Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP) or OHSAS 18001
