Coating Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

Overall responsible for safety , housekeeping , production, Quality in respective shift.

Direct coordination with the contract people & Operators for the Daily production target, should have Have good communication skills.

Responsible for production completion as per given target.

Ensuring daily production activities as per plan.

Maintain & Ensure ISO Records for the department.

To monitaring daily consumable consumpton and its control plan.

Ensuring on shop floor Production as per Quality Norms & standards.

Target on bottleneck areas with the help of Manager, which affected to the production like matreial priority, rework etc.

Maintain Daily Production Report, Break Down Report & analyze production loss causes.

Primery ETP Knowledge

Good knowledge of Hot Dip Galvanizing seven tank batch process.

To ensure process activity, like new chemical tank preparation and revamping.

To ensure Galvanizing kettle work activity, Kettle chemistry and handaling of Kettle operation.

To ensure chemical handaling , Chemical MSDS knowledge.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification

B.Sc Chemistry /DME /BE mechanical or chemical.

Experience

Minimun 7-10 years experience in Hot Dip Galvanizing Production.

IT Skill

MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Internet Applications.
