Roles Responsibilities -

>Take the Ready OBL report from the system and follow up for despatch related pending tasks pertaining to each Ready OBL.

> Communication point for Sales Team, customer and Factory.

> Pro-active approach in clearing all communication with stake holders.

> Good excel and Powerpoint skills

> Responsible for despatches done

> Maintaining despatch registers

> good grasping power to learn Organisation tools and software.

>Coordination with Transporters and Finance team keeping customers in loop for quick submission of docs and material to customer.

> Logistics experience in previous organisation is an added advantage.
