Job Description
- Collaborate closely with the logistics team to address and resolve pick-up-related customer queries.
- Ensure effective communication of end-user needs and concerns to the Operations team for timely resolution.
- Demonstrate empathy and attentiveness to customer needs throughout the support process.
- Be prepared to handle the responsibilities of a logistics executive if the situation demands.
What are we looking for
- An individual with at least 6 months experience in customer service with logistics coordination.
- High energy levels and a strong sense of ownership.
- Exceptional proficiency in the English language.
- Proficient computer skills, with expertise in MS Excel.
- Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent people management skills to foster positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure.
- Strong hustle mentality, demonstrating the drive to achieve desired results.
