Job Description

Are you ready to take on the challenge of ensuring product quality and reducing claim ratesJoin us as a Quality Control and Repair Technician!

Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Vizag+Vijaywada, Pune & Indore

What will you be doing here

Perform quality checks on home appliances at client warehouses and ensure they meet our standards.
Drive refurbishment operations in the designated area, including repair and maintenance tasks as needed.
Collaborate with warehouse staff and technicians to optimize refurbishment processes and ensure timely completion.
Maintain detailed records of refurbishment activities and product quality assessments.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance the quality of refurbished appliances.
Prepare and share a monthly plan for visits to resellers with the reporting manager in advance.
Respond promptly to any claims raised by resellers by visiting their locations, inspecting the products, and performing necessary repairs to maintain quality standards.
Provide training and education to resellers on repairing and aligning products at minimal cost, sharing technical knowledge to empower them.
Expertly diagnose errors or technical problems in consumer electronics products and determine appropriate solutions.
Identify and onboard potential technicians as resellers to expand our service network and improve repair capabilities.

What we are looking for:

We re seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the consumer electronics, appliances, or service delivery industry. The ideal candidate should be a fast learner, have strong interpersonal skills, and hold a valid driving license with access to a two-wheeler for extensive travel requirements.
