Quantity Surveyor

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and submit tender documents, contracts, and budgets.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential cost-saving opportunities

Analyse costs, prepare cost reports, and provide recommendations for cost reduction

Collaborate with engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant

3+ Years of Experience in Roads + Bridge Projects

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws.

Proficient Software knowledge in Road Estimator is Preferable
