Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant/Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant/Developer. The consultant/developer will be responsible for implementing Dynamics 365 CE, customization and development, integration services, Power Platform solutions, training and support, and system upgrades and migration.

What You Will Do:

• Software Development & Integration: Design, develop, and implement custom Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including plugins, workflows, and forms. Build and maintain web applications, Azure functions, APIs, and other tailored applications. Update Dataverse data models and manage relational and blob databases for both new and existing applications. Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems to ensure smooth data flow and streamline business processes. Handle CRM data management, including importing, exporting, and maintaining data integrity.
• Collaboration & Prototyping: Build strong relationships with business partners and IT professionals to define technical requirements. Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Assist in designing and creating prototypes based on project specifications.
• Security, Performance & Deployment: Identify and resolve security threats, errors, or performance issues that impact application functionality. Prepare and package solutions for deployment and ensure seamless transitions across various environments.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends to keep your software innovative. Leverage UI/UX principles to design intuitive systems. Keep an eye on Microsoft Dynamics CRM product updates and releases. Actively pursue certifications that support business growth.
• Automation & Resource Utilization: Use low-code/no-code tools like Power Automate, business rules, and cloud flows to automate processes and meet business requirements. Explore and utilize resources to enhance the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.
• Scalable Solutions & Code Improvement: Use Dataverse within JavaScript, C#, and Power Apps to develop scalable solutions. Focus on writing efficient, high-performance code for Power Platform implementations, plugins, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
• Solution Building & User Experience: Utilize entities and relationships within Dynamics CRM to create business solutions. Customize the user experience and implement custom business logic to align with business needs in the Power Platform.
• Technical Documentation & Support: Create and maintain documentation on solution designs, system architecture, and user guides. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring optimal performance with minimal downtime. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support.
• User Training: Conduct training sessions to ensure users can maximize their use of CRM systems effectively.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, including customization of entities, workflows, business rules, and form scripting.
• 5+ years of experience with c#, JavaScript, Typescript, API Integration
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate is preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert is required.

Dynamics 365 CRM Tester & Test Automation Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dynamics 365 CRM Tester & Test Automation Specialist. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases to validate CRM functionalities, integrations, and custom developments. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and user expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for Dynamics 365 CRM applications (Sales, Marketing).
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and consultants to resolve issues.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Power Automate, or Azure DevOps Test Plans.
• Validate data integrity and system performance across different environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test strategies and best practices for CRM projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security guidelines, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Provide reports and insights on test results, coverage, and defect trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of Experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Power Automate, Postman (for API testing), C#, or JavaScript-based frameworks.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps Test Plans, TestNG, or JMeter is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to identify edge cases and potential system vulnerabilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with developers, consultants, and business users.
• A detail-oriented and proactive tester with strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to ensure the quality and functionality of software through thorough testing and collaboration with development teams.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
