Job Description
1. Azure Management:
- Oversee and manage Azure cloud services, including the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of virtual machines and cloud resources.
- Optimize Azure usage to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Ensure security and compliance within the Azure environment.
2. Microsoft Office Setup and Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Office applications across the organization.
- Manage Office 365 services, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
- Provide support for Office-related issues and ensure smooth integration with other systems.
3. Firewall and VPN Configurations:
- Design, implement, and maintain firewall systems to protect the organizations network.
- Configure and manage VPN services for secure remote access for employees.
- Monitor network traffic and ensure the security and integrity of data transmissions.
4. Virtual Machines and IT Infrastructure:
- Manage the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of virtual machines (VMs).
- Ensure the stability and availability of the organizations IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
- Implement IT infrastructure upgrades and improvements as needed.
5. Company Network Administration:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the companys network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to support network-related needs.
6. Asset Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and warranties.
- Oversee the procurement, deployment, and retirement of IT assets.
- Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure compliance with company policies.
7. UiPath Configuration and Automation:
- Configurations

8. IT Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide advanced technical support to end-users and resolve complex IT issues.
- Manage and maintain the IT helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
- Document IT processes and procedures to support training and knowledge sharing.
9. Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain IT security protocols, including antivirus, data encryption, and access control.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
10. Project Management:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
11. Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts and service agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality service delivery.
13. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Recommend and implement improvements to IT systems, processes, and policies.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior IT staff.
