Job Description

Lead the design, development, andimplementation of complex Salesforce solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather anddefine business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Mentor and guide junior developers inSalesforce best practices and coding standards.

Design and develop custom Apex triggers,Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations.

Customize and optimize workflows, processbuilder, and validation rules.

Manage data migrations, data modelling, anddata quality initiatives.

Implement and maintain security controls, useraccess, and permissions.

Design and maintain complex reports anddashboards for data analysis.

Stay up to date with the latest Salesforcefeatures, tools, and best practices.

Assist in debugging and resolvingSalesforce-related issues.

Requirements

Requirements Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforcedevelopment.

Salesforce certifications such as PlatformDeveloper II or Application Architect are highly preferred.

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LightningComponent Framework, and Salesforce APIs.

Strong understanding of Salesforcearchitecture, data model, and security.

Excellent problem-solving and analyticalskills.

Proven ability to lead and manage Salesforcedevelopment projects.

Effective communication and teamworkabilities.
