Employee Engagement Specialist

The key responsibilities are to shape and nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-performing

company culture that aligns with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strong

leader with a deep understanding of organizational culture, employee engagement, and

change management.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Define, develop, and implement a comprehensive culture strategy that aligns with the

company's mission, vision, and values.

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities,

social events, and recognition programs.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction,

and retention.

• Translate company values into actionable behaviors and expectations across all levels

of the organization.

• Collaborate with the Training & Development team to design and deliver impactful

training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience

and attract top talent who align with the company culture.

• Create and maintain an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued,

respected, and empowered.

• Create engaging narratives and stories that showcase the company's unique culture

and values, and inspire employees and external stakeholders.

• Experience in conducting employee engagement surveys, analyzing results, and

developing action plans to improve engagement.

II Experience

• Nature of Experience: Proven track record of improving employee satisfaction,

retention, and overall organizational culture.

• Length of Experience: 4 6 years

III Skill Set & Personality Traits required:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Rich experience in a culture-related role, such as HR, employee engagement, or

organizational development.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Experience with employee survey tools and data analysis.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

IV Age Group: 24 – 30 years

VI Additional information:

• Experience as an HRBP with a focus on employee engagement and culture

building will be an added advantage.
