Manager/ Senior Manager

• HVAC design responsible for design heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for buildings. Use their knowledge
  of climate control systems, building codes, and mechanical design to ensure that the systems they create provide optimal
  temperature and air quality and their responsibilities include:
• Designing systems:
  To create HVAC systems and their controls, and calculate the heating and cooling needs of different spaces. Determining
  ventilation requirements based on the types of systems needed. Reading and interpreting construction plans, and drafting new
  plans for ductwork and piping systems.
• Collaborating with others:
  Calculating the costs for HVAC systems and determining the budget estimates. Work with architects, engineers, and
  construction project managers to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.
• Adhering to building codes:
  Ensure that their designs comply with building codes and obtain the necessary permits.
• Researching and developing new technologies:
  To research new technologies to develop efficient HVAC designs.
• Maintaining systems:
  Perform regular maintenance and repairs to prevent system failures.
• Troubleshooting:
  Identify troubleshoot and resolve issues related to air quality, system inefficiencies, and mechanical malfunctions.
• Preparing documentation:
  To prepare technical documentation and system reports for compliance and maintenance records.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE

B.E Mechnical or PG in Construction Management with 12 15 years of experience into Real estate industry with expertise in
HVAC technology, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex design concepts
