Assistant Manager/ Manager Planning & Co-ordination

• Monitors construction schedule highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance
• To analyze the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the
  project team.
• To prepare method statement submits to clients/consultants for approval
  Creates planning studies and generates reports about new programs, plans, and regulations.
• Activity Planning at different stages of the project with WBS,
• Scheduling and tracking of projects at Macro and micro level in MSP Excel,
• Preparation of delay analysis delay registers on a regular basis project wise,
• Preparation of Catch up schedules,
• Preparations of Weekly , Monthly review presentations,
• Conducting weekly progress review meeting , preparation of MOM tracking of same,
• Coordination with other Dept. s for deliverables,
• Cash flow Cash flow analysis, Man power Histogram, etc,
• Preparation of Vendor on board schedule,
• Should have a good knowledge of planning of buildings especially from the Developer side.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, simultaneously
• Demonstrable ability to independently deal with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of utilizing MS-project, Primavera, MS Office , AutoCAD.
• Preparation of project close-out report,
• Good technical knowledge.
• Thorough knowledge of fast track projects, cost control engineering standard.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE

B.E Civil or PG in Construction Management with 12 15 years of experience into Real estate industry with working knowledge
of MS Project
