HR Recruiter - FMCG Sales

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data & Compliance Management:

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, talent pipelines, and hiring reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, recruitment policies, and best practices.
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools for efficient hiring processes.

2. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality sales professionals in the cooking oil industry.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, industry events, referrals, and direct headhunting.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

3. Recruitment Process Management:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales positions such as Sales Representatives, Area Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and Key Account Managers.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required skills and experience.
• Work closely with sales leaders to define job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide candidate feedback, and manage offer negotiations.

4. Industry-Specific Sales Hiring:

• Identify and recruit sales professionals with experience in the cooking oil/FMCG sector.
• Understand the market trends, competition, and sales distribution models for cooking oil products.
• Hire sales personnel with strong distributor, retailer, and institutional (HORECA) relationships.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with sales managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Work with recruitment agencies and external vendors when necessary.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers for a smooth recruitment process.

5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

• Promote the companys employer brand to attract top FMCG sales talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry recruitment drives.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for FMCG sales roles in the cooking oil industry.
3. Strong understanding of sales distribution models, retailer networks, and key account management in the edible oil sector.
4. Experience using sourcing techniques like LinkedIn recruiting, networking, and direct headhunting.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
6. Proficiency in HR software, ATS, and MS Office.
7. Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced FMCG environment
8. Experience hiring sales teams for cooking oil brands or related FMCG food products.
9. Knowledge of sales incentive structures and performance metrics.
10. Strong network of candidates in the edible oil and FMCG industry.
