People & Culture Lead - Internet/Online (7-10 yrs)

- Lead all things talent, people and culture for a growing organisation

- Set up the campus hiring & engagement process

- Craft an employer brand that speaks in an authentic voice

- Consistent engagement with team members to identify what's working and what's not with a special focus on the Human Element of workplace experiences and interactions

- Leading the performance management process, including appraisals and reviews

- Designing and implementing initiatives to attract Gen-Z and young talent

The ideal candidate will have-

- At least 7 years of relevant experience in people management and culture building

- Curiosity, learnability, the ability to have a point of view and articulate it without fear

- We're looking for a person whose techno-optimism accommodates the idea that people will continue to be the main assets of future-friendly organisations-in other words, someone who has a talent-and-technology view of the world and not a talent-versus-technology view
