What You Will Be Doing:

• Closest/most informed to the ground - listens to x calls in the day [augmented] and most informed

• Also calls up leads, understands their pain points and optimises the script for pitching

• Manages the script of the bot - for one and multiple use-cases. Keeps running experiments on the script

• Ideally informed enough to learn SSML and experiment with TTS

• Gathers requirements for the use-case along with the PM and is able to craft an E2E experience - with the PM adding the output layer and further integrations

• Design QA - along with functional testing, is responsible for the highest quality bots going out

• Is able to design the experience for CUX features - barge-in, language switch etc.
  
  

You Will Thrive in This Role If You:

• Should have a knack for customer faced writing, research and implementation.

• Should be able to put themselves in the shoes of the end users while designing (UXknowledge is a plus).
  
  

Good-to-haves:

• Good awareness of AI at user level / preliminary ML level will be preferred.
  
  

Soft skills:

• Confident and can take ownership of their work - will be required to work closely with DC and business

• Demonstrating professional attitude to work and work environment

• Good communicator within the team and in front of the customers as well - talking to leads and business PICs both
