- As a Channel Partner Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by acquiring, managing, and nurturing channel partners.
- Your focus will be on onboarding high-quality partners, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring their success in achieving placement and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Growth: Achieve consistent growth in onboarding high-intent and high-quality partners to Vahan.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate and convert high-quality leads through various channels, maintaining a strong pipeline of active partners.
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain robust relationships with newly onboarded partners for long-term collaboration and success.
- Churn Management: Implement effective strategies to manage and reduce churn among newly acquired partners during their first month.
- First-Month Placements: Ensure newly onboarded partners meet their placement targets within the first month.
- Infrastructure Expansion: Collaborate with partners to scale up tele-caller infrastructure, aligning with Vahan's hiring needs.
- Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute plans to expand the partner network and drive overall business growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in offline sales and business development with expertise in partner acquisition.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Basic technical aptitude and analytical capabilities to support sales efforts.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Relevant Background: Experience in BDM supply, ground sales, or B2B sales with companies like Swiggy, Blinkit, Zomato, OYO, or Pristyn Care is preferred
