• Extracting relevant information from patient records. • Liaising with physicians and other parties to clarify information. • Examining documents for missing information. • Assigning CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM,and ASA codes. • Assigning APC & DRG codes.°• Candidate should be experienced Coding of Primary and Urgent Care coding. • They should be good in E&M OP and Endocrinology • Should be proficient in Procedure coding. • Shift Timings: US Shift.°
