What would you do?

• IT Strategy and IT Operations: Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and enhances operational efficiency. Handle day to day queries, grievances, provide resolutions and manage the day efficiently.
• IT Infrastructure: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Process Improvement: Streamline and enhance IT processes to ensure seamless operations, high availability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Cybersecurity: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends. Implement and monitor security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
• Team Leadership & Building: Build, mentor, and manage a skilled and collaborative IT team. Recruit, onboard, and develop IT professionals who are aligned with the company's goals. Inspire and guide the IT team, foster a culture of collaboration, and promote professional growth.
• Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of IT systems, networks, and technologies to provide guidance and support to the IT team.

You are someone with:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT Operations, IT infrastructure, Network Architecture, System Administration, and Information Security with 3+ years in a Senior Leadership role, and are looking for a long-term association. Familiarity with the US Healthcare-related guidelines and information security regulations is a strong advantage.
• A comprehensive understanding of IT processes, including ITIL framework, risk management, and compliances.
• Proven team-oriented leadership and hands-on capabilities working in a fast-paced environment with enthusiastic and inquisitive members.
• Excellent written and oral English communication. You shall be reading, writing, analysing, interpreting, negotiating and presenting business correspondence with groups of managers, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Exhibits a sharp focus on details, showcases excellent interpersonal abilities, demonstrates effective decision-making skills, and efficiently oversees time, resources, teams, and budgets.
• Analytical skills, ownership-driven, results-oriented, compliance-minded, and have a problem-solving and calculative aptitude.
