Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1)Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by researching potential clients and markets, and generating leads through various channels.
2) Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive business growth.
3) Market Research: Conducting thorough market analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors, and using this data to inform business strategies.
4) Data Management: Organizing and maintaining accurate client and lead data using MS Excel, ensuring up-to-date information is accessible for analysis and future outreach.
5) Collaboration with Marketing Team: Working closely with the marketing team to align on strategies for lead generation campaigns, promotional activities, and client outreach programs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: MBA in Marketing.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields (Experience in B2B or B2C sectors preferred).
Technical Skills:
1)Advanced MS Excel Skills: Proficient in using complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools for reporting and decision-making.
2)Basic MS Office Knowledge: Familiar with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for creating reports, presentations, and emails.
Soft Skills:
1) Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2) Ability to effectively present ideas and proposals to clients.
3)Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
4) Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
5) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
