Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role requires expertise in various digital marketing channels, analytics, and content creation to drive online engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and PPC.
• Manage and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across digital platforms (social media, website, blogs, email).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools.
• Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for search engine marketing (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop high-quality marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance brand awareness and online presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
