Job Description
- Should have 2-3 years of experience in hardware and software support.
- Must have good communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Provide initial technical support, including assistance with incident troubleshooting in a timely manner, and coordinate issue resolution with IT staff, vendors, and customers.
- Handle application and hardware trouble tickets in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Take ownership of managing the IT assets.
- Knowledge of the BMC Remedy ticket tool is an added advantage.
