Position:

Senior Recruitment Manager.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Should have handled End-to-end IT & Engineering recruitment from Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking and Follow-up till joining & maintaining the reports.
• Analyse requirement according to the specification mentioned by the clients.
• Procuring and screening resumes for the current hiring needs of the various requirements.
• Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the open requirements.
• Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies including communication skills, inter-personal skills, confidence level and presentation.
• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like, LinkedIn, Job Portals to fill the open requirement.
• Experience in team and client handling.
• Strong communication skill is a must.
• Handling the team and guiding them to achieve their daily submission. Also to take review on recruiters submission on daily basis .
