Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through chat, email, and non-voice channels.
  
• Resolve issues efficiently by understanding customer concerns and providing timely solutions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over various channels (chat, email, voice).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle escalated cases independently.
