Customer Support Executive

We seek a motivated and results drive Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be the voice of Shop.Dharmsaar.com, engaging with customers to promote our products, address their queries, and ensure a seamless sales process.

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customer to promote products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Upsell and cross-sell products where applicable.
• Respond to inquiries about products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Managing customer inquiries via phone calls and E-mails.
• Handle customer concern or complains professionally and escalate as necessary.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales target.
• Contribute to team sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
• Provide Feedback to the team regarding customer preferences and market trends.
• Collaborate with other teams within the organisation.

Requirement

• Graduated.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM system and data entry.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of MS office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Office Timing - 9:30AM to 6:30PM

Salary - 12-18k per month
