Management Executive - Planning & Project Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

Explore new business opportunities globally. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs-Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings-Co-ordinate and communicate effectively with relevantstakeholders, active participation in investigation as well astrouble shooting of technical/operational issues and lead conflictmanagement to close open points.-Track all new development , market extension as well as sitetransfer project. Project tracking includes project planpreparation, resource allocation, technology transfer, batchexecution, material management, planning of required studies.-Working with team across different departments such assourcing , R&D , QA/QC, Medical, Manufacturing and Marketingto understand product development requirements and processes-Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicatethe status of the project within and beyond the project team.-Schedule and facilitate meetings between project stakeholdersto discuss deliverables, schedules and resolve conflicts bybuilding successful project plans covering objectives, resourcesand staffing to meet schedules.-Track project performance, specific to analyse successfulcompletion of short and long term goals. Develop detailedcomprehensive project documentation to monitor and trackproject progress.-Arranging CFT meeting post completion of milestone activity forclosely planning and scheduling upcoming tasks.-Timely escalation of critical issues to respectiveStakeholders/Management to avoid delays- Strategizing and managing end to end project planning and execution for multiple clients globally

• Represent the organization to the client's legal team to maintain the regulatory guidelines for global clients.
• Work on FDA approval documents for the regulatory department
• Manage end to end designs and production for product labels along with maintaining the historical data/ production summary for future reference
• Manage higher level end-to-end data on each product line.
• Manage end to end design and production for packaging material for different clients
• Hands on experience on label designing tool i.e. Harmony Label Management that is widely used in Pharmaceutical Industry
• Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of various MIS reports
• Review of costing of products and projects
• Review of Reports from Plants from India as well as Overseas
• Submitting accurate information as per the MDs requirement and help the MD with own views, information and insights for accurate business decision making.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm, MBA (preferable)

Experience minimum 5 to 8 years.
