Quality Assurance (Vendor Development) - Officer /Sr. Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• To review vendor qualification Documentation.

• Actively involved in preparation of SOP related to vendor Qualification.

• Ensure Monitoring / tracking of all QMS i.e., Change Control, Deviation, Vendor Qualification, CAPA & Closure of it.

• To evaluate discrepancy related to vendor and review of CAPA received from the vendor

• Provide technical support to customers on product-related matters and work closely with sales team to address customer concerns.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality, regulatory compliance, and supply chain management.
  
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in vendor operations and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality standards by reviewing CAPA plans, conducting issue resolution activities, and managing customer complaints.

Candidates who is having experience in formulation plant OSD tablet/capsule.
