Risk Manager - Credit Card - Bank

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Credit cards policy formulation basis the portfolio performance.

- Define & implement portfolio positive and negative intervention strategies - credit line. increase/decrease/block, loan on card, balance transfer and balance conversion to emi etc.

- Portfolio monitoring and review through key risk metrics

- Maintain and continuously improve the risk management framework

- Help launch revenue generating and portfolio growth products in association with the product team with focus to retention of identified good customer segments.

- Be able to convince stakeholders while suggesting or implementing changes.

- Support review and assessment of the portfolio and early warning signal effectiveness to ensure that portfolio risk is minimized.

- Ensure documentation of key risk indicators and controls for any critical process or product launch.
