Manager - Credit Analyst - Bank (3-7 yrs)

Education & Experience:

- CA/ MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

- 3 - 6 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably in wealth management, private banking, or financial services.

- Strong understanding of credit risk, financial analysis, and loan structuring.

Key Skills:

- Expertise in evaluating creditworthiness of clients, analyzing financial statements, and conducting risk assessments.

- Proficiency in preparing detailed credit reports and presentations.

- Knowledge of debt products, loan agreements, and credit documentation.

- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in credit management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assess the creditworthiness of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), family offices, and corporate clients.

- Perform in-depth analysis of financial statements, cash flow projections, and asset portfolios to evaluate credit risk.

- Prepare detailed credit reports, highlighting key risks, strengths, and loan structuring recommendations.

- Work closely with relationship managers and product teams to provide credit solutions tailored to clients' financial needs.

- Monitor existing credit exposures and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.

- Ensure all credit approvals comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

- Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and industry risks that could impact client portfolios.
