Job Description
- Deliver on analytical solutions in banking using advanced statistical and mathematical methods, leveraging deep business understanding and analytical expertise
- Designing end-to-end AI solutions in our core focus areas viz. recommendation, predictive modelling, attrition, deep learning or natural language processing
- Work on critical business analysis to drive positive impact on channel performance, product offering, customer experience and sales especially for Payments products like UPI, POS, ATM, FASTag etc.
- Design and execute customer lifecycle based analytical assets for payments business which could be Predictive/Prescriptive models/Heuristic rule based with end objective of user growth and profitability improvement
- Design tracking /reporting framework for all existing and planned assets along with campaigns team
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Stay abreast of current business developments, technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of solutions provided.
- Successfully engage in multiple project initiatives simultaneously
- Performing Hands-on big data mining, structured and unstructured data analysis and NLP covering a wide range of tools and technologies
