Job Role: Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Advanced Data Analysis & Modeling: Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract insights from large datasets.
✔ AI/ML Model Development: Design, train, and deploy machine learning models using Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
✔ Big Data Processing: Work with large-scale data using Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-based data platforms.
✔ Data Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines and ETL workflows.
✔ Business Insights & Decision Making: Translate complex data into actionable business insights to drive strategic decisions.
✔ Feature Engineering & Optimization: Identify key variables, optimize models, and improve algorithm performance.
✔ A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design experiments, conduct hypothesis testing, and validate data-driven strategies.
✔ Cloud & Deployment: Deploy ML models on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud using MLOps practices.
✔ Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists, conduct training sessions, and lead cross-functional teams.

Skills & Requirements:

🔹 Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, and statistical modeling techniques.
🔹 Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
🔹 Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
🔹 Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI).
🔹 Familiarity with data engineering tools (Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Kafka).
🔹 Deep understanding of probability, statistics, and mathematical optimization.
🔹 Strong communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
🔹 Experience in building scalable ML solutions for real-world business problems.
