- Experience in Analytics Domain, Model Building and Validation
- Good understanding of basic statistics and Mathematics
- Good knowledge of various statistical and Machine Learning Techniques.
- Knowledge of Python and R Languages
- Good Communication Skills, should be able to interact with multiple teams across the system
- Good at Presenting insights using data visualization techniques
- Should be able to logically solve Business Problems
- Should give data driven insights on all types of data
- Identify various problem statements and their solutions from available data
- Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
- Analyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
- Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
- Mentoring team members
- Graduate (B Tech) or Post Graduate (MSc /MBA) from a reputed college
- 4-7 years experience in Data Analytics (Preferably Finance)
