Export Manager

Note- Candidate must be prefered from Tarpaulin Industry .

Key Skills-

• Candidate must have experience in Export Documentation work in Manufacturing co.
• Handling Export Documentations.
• Verifying Information.
• Transacting Daily Basis.
• Documents filling.
• Prepare Check list.
• Reporting etc

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• BCom/M.Com/MBA in operations or international business.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.

Job Responsibilities -

• Arranging booking for vessel (Booking details)
• Experienced in handling exports.
• Arranging documents required for exportation (Invoice, Phyto, etc)
• In case of freight forwarding need to act as intermediate for both parties.
• Act as a relationship manager.
• Should be well versed with the protocols and documentation requirements and policies of custom clearance and other related documents.
• Well verse with export documents.
• Designing and implementing all export strategies.
• Supervising the of work sales staff.
• Preparing the effective business plan for all projects.
• Monitoring all sales transition and reviewing all customers responses all over order and payments.
• Identifying new markets and finding ways to promote in market.
• Resolving the queries of the customer related to export and expenses.
