Sales Executive B2B

Responsibilities: Builds business relationships to leverage and create business opportunities for the brand by identifying and developing relationships with product influencers viz. Builders, Engineers and Contractors. Should fully understand the company's products and its applications as well as the customers need and requirement to service customers which in turn helps to contribute to business success; Will be a support function for the Sales Organization in the targeted geography. Job Duties: 1. Identifies opportunities and build relationships with product influencers to create consideration for the brand. 2. To generate leads from this secondary market and pass it on to the Sales Team for further follow-up and monitor that those leads are converted to sales. 3. Ensuring there is always a high level of engagement with clients through product presentation, new products launch and various events. 4. Ensuring follow-ups in terms of samples, recommending products, training of their applicators, knowledge sharing with their team and troubleshooting at any stage. 5.Ensuring any issue raised by them is resolved by collaborating with the Sales and the Technical team. 6.Follow market trends and give feedback to the Marketing team. Preferred Candidate Profile: 1. MBA in Marketing will be preferred. 2. Experience in Sales or Business Development is preferable. 3. Excellent language skills [Tamil & English] 4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. 5. Deep understanding of negotiation and Marketing techniques. 6. Good presentation skills 7. Fast learning ability and passion for sales 8. Self-motivated professional with a result oriented approach 9. Ability to adapt and grow in difficult environments.
