About the Role :

We are seeking talented and passionate Agentic AI Software Engineers to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI agents that can [briefly describe the types of tasks the agents will perform, i.e., automate complex processes, interact with users in natural language, make intelligent decisions].

Responsibilities :

- Completed Data Science (Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Complete NLP).

- Develop and implement AI agents using Python and relevant frameworks (i.e., Lang Chain, AutoGen).

- Work with large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning.

- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to enable agents to access and utilize external knowledge sources.

- Build and maintain knowledge graphs and other knowledge representation systems.

- Design and implement AI agent architectures, including planning and decision-making components.

- Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines for processing and transforming data.

- Work with PostgreSQL databases, including data modeling and query optimization.

- Collaborate effectively with other engineers, researchers, and stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and agentic AI.

Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of experience in software development with a strong foundation in Python.

- Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and NLP.

- Experience with LLMs (especially ChatGPT) and prompt engineering.

- Familiarity with RAG techniques and knowledge graph technologies.

- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL.

- Experience with vectorization techniques and libraries like NumPy.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with agent frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.

- Familiarity with reinforcement learning (RL).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with MLOps principles and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
