We are seeking motivated Delivery Riders to join our team and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering products safely and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for individuals with 0 1 year of experience who are eager to grow with us.

- Shift: General
- Salary: 8,000 10,000
- Travel: Yes, within Chennai
- Vacancy: 5 positions
- Location: Medavakkam
- Deliver products to customers in a timely & efficient manner and fuel consumption.
- Collect milk bottles and products from the designated facility, ensuring they are properly packed for delivery.
- Exhibit a friendly, reliable, and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
- Safely handle milk bottles to ensure they reach customers undamaged.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery addresses and times.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and freshness.
- Collect payments (if applicable) and ensure accurate documentation.
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints to the supervisor.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is in good condition and report any maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, company policies during deliveries, designated routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: 0 1 year in delivery or a similar role (specific experience in the milk industry is a plus).
- Skills:
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle physical demands of the job.
- Basic communication skills to interact with customers.
- Languages: English, Tamil Read/Write/Speak.
