- Filling Operations:
- Operate and maintain milk filling machines to ensure efficient bottle filling.
- Ensure accurate filling of milk bottles as per specified quantities.
- Monitor and maintain hygiene and quality standards during the filling process.
- Inspect bottles for defects and ensure proper sealing and labelling.
- Washing Operations:
- Operate and maintain washing machines to clean used milk bottles and cane.
- Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization as per hygiene standards.
- Inspect washed bottles and cane for cleanliness and report any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of washed bottles and cane.
- General Guidelines:
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of washing and filling equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste materials generated during the production process.
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: 0 1 year in similar role (specific experience in the milk industry is a plus).
- Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in filling operations.
- Basic understanding of machinery and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
- Strong focus on hygiene and quality standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle repetitive tasks.
- Languages: English, Tamil Read/Write/Speak.
