Job Description
- Responsible to monitoring of all the activities related to Sterile Manufacturing dept. (including Packing) and Material Management department at Amneal Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. (Palli site).
- Responsible for preparation, review, revision, control, and implementation of standard operating procedures of Sterile Manufacturing dept. and Material Management department.
- Responsible for document management like BMR s, BPR s, master SOP s etc. of Sterile Manufacturing dept. and Material Management department.
- Responsible for review of the master documents.
- Responsible for preparation of overall production planning.
- Responsible to follow cGMP, GDP, and discipline in the department and to ensure that all employees follow the same.
- Responsible to give training to all the subordinates, technicians, and operators of the department.
- Responsible to attend the training as per training schedule and to ensure training as per TNI.
- Responsible to oversee facility modification activities as well as future project activities and ensure that all User requirements are fulfilled.
- Review of Master Packaging Record (MPR).
- CAPEX, Indent and JCR (Job completion report) generation and its approval.
- Responsible for overall ERP function monitoring.
- Review and approve various commercial documents i.e., Item code creation form, Artworks,
- Shade Cards approval, Packaging Component Specification, Laboratory Test Report Form etc.
- To strengthen the cGMP, QMS procedures and systems in Amneal Pharmaceuticals facility.
- To be a part of review meeting and to discuss QMS and enhancement required on the basis of management review recommendation.
- To participate in External / Internal quality inspection.
- SOP review, approve and system up-gradation as and when required.
- To review the investigation report for any failure and look for effective CAPA.
- To involve in any failure investigation as and when required.
